Verify potential unauthorized use of your content
Submit takedown notices under applicable laws
Store and generate official documents (e.g., DMCA notices)
We use a combination of automated scanning, human verification, and proxy technology to deliver results.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Services are billed via Stripe and may renew automatically unless cancelled
Your subscription tier determines your takedown limits and monitoring frequency
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Downgrading your plan may result in reduced access or features
We reserve the right to change pricing or plans with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
Use our Services to target or harass others
Provide false, misleading, or unauthorized takedown requests
Resell or reverse engineer our systems
Use automated tools to access or interfere with the platform
We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

OnlyGuard retains all rights to its software, systems, designs, and branding. You retain ownership of your personal content, but grant us a limited right to process it for the purpose of providing our Services.

7. DMCA & Legal Compliance

OnlyGuard assists in generating takedown notices (including DMCA), but:
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any claim
Submitting false takedown requests may have legal consequences
We comply with applicable laws and may share your details with affected platforms if legally required

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uptime or results. Scanning and takedown effectiveness may vary depending on third-party platform cooperation and network conditions.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of law.
Upon termination:
Your access to Services will cease
Your data may be deleted or archived per our Privacy Policy

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of results.
We do not guarantee the complete removal of content from the internet.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyGuard shall not be liable for:
